(hereafter "Belgium Move Camp" or the "Seller")
I. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
1. Scope
These terms and conditions of use (the "CGUs") apply to any visit or use of the Platform and its information by a user (hereinafter "User").
By visiting or using the Platform, the User acknowledges that he has read these CGUs and expressly accepts the rights and obligations mentioned in it.
It may exceptionally be departed from the provisions of the CGUs by a written agreement. These derogations may consist of amending, adding or removing the clauses to which they relate and have no impact
on the application of the other provisions of the CGUs.
We reserve the right to modify our CGUs at any time, without prior notification, but we are committed to enforcing the provisions that were in effect at the time you used our Platform.
2. Platform
Has. Access and navigation
We take all reasonable and necessary measures to ensure the smooth operation, safety and accessibility of our Platform. However, we cannot offer a guarantee of absolute operability and it is

Any use of the Platform is always done at the user's own risk. Thus, we are not responsible for any damage that may result from possible malfunctions, interruptions, defects or elements

B. Content
Belgium Move Camp largely determines the content of the Platform and takes great care of the information present on it. We take all possible measures to keep our Platform as comprehensive, precise
and as up-to-date as possible, even when the information on it is provided by third parties. We reserve the right to modify, complete or remove the Platform and its content at any time, without its responsibility

C. Services reserved for Registered Users
1) Registration
Access to certain services is conditioned by user registration.
Registration and access to the Platform's services are reserved exclusively for legally capable individuals who have completed and validated the online registration form available on the Platform as well as
CGU.
Upon registration, the User undertakes to provide accurate, sincere and up-to-date information about his person and marital status. The User will also have to carry out a regular check of the data concerning him
to maintain its accuracy.
The User must therefore provide a valid email address, on which the Platform will send confirmation of its registration to its services. An email address cannot be used
several times to sign up for services.
Any communication made by the Platform and its partners is therefore deemed to have been received and read by the User. The latter therefore undertakes to regularly consult the messages received on this
email address and, if necessary, to respond within a reasonable time.
Only one registration is allowed per natural person.
The User is assigned an identifier allowing him to access a space that is accessible to him
(hereafter "Personal Space"), in addition to entering his password.
The ID and password can be changed online by the User in their Personal Space. The password is personal and confidential, so the user agrees not to share it with third parties.
Belgium Move Camp reserves in any case the possibility of refusing a request to register for the services of the Platform in case of non-compliance by the User of the CGUs.
2) Unsubscribe
The regularly registered user will be able to request his opt-out at any time by going to the dedicated page in his Personal Space. Any opt-out of the Platform will be effective after the User has
completed the form provided for this purpose, within one week.
D. Content published by the User
The User is committed to complying with the laws in force through each of its publications on the Platform. It will pay particular attention to the interests of third parties, offensive content and content that may
contrary to public order or morals. The User remains responsible for any content published on the Platform.
The Platform may exercise moderation on any publication and refuse to post content online without having to provide justification. Similarly, content published by a User may be changed or deleted
without reason or delay.
By publishing on the Platform, the User gives free and non-exclusive rights to Belgium Move Camp the right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute and broadcast, directly or indirectly as well as on any
support and worldwide published content.
3. Links to other websites
The Platform may contain links or hyperlinks referring to external websites. Such links do not automatically mean that there is a relationship between Belgium Move Camp and the external website
or even that an implicit agreement exists with the content of these external sites.
Belgium Move Camp has no control over external websites. We are therefore not responsible for the safe and correct operation of the hyperlinks and their final destination. From the moment the user clicks
hyperlink, it leaves the Platform. We cannot therefore be held liable in the event of further damage.
4. Intellectual property
The structuring of the Platform, but also texts, graphics, images, photographs, sounds, videos, databases, computer applications, etc. that make it up or are accessible via the Platform are the property
publishers and are protected as such by existing intellectual property laws.
Any representation, reproduction, adaptation or partial or total exploitation of the contents, trademarks and services offered by the Platform, by any process, without prior authorization, express
and written by the publisher, is strictly prohibited, with the exception of items expressly designated as free of rights on the Platform.
The Platform User is granted a limited right to access, use and display the Platform and its content. This right is granted on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis and can only be used
for personal and non-commercial use. Unless previously and written agreement is reached, Users are not allowed to edit, reproduce, translate, distribute, sell, communicate to the public, in whole or in part, the elements

Users are prohibited from introducing data on the Platform that would change or may change its content or appearance.
5. Personal data protection
The personal data provided by the User during his visit or use of the Platform is collected and processed by Belgium Move Camp exclusively for internal purposes. Belgium Move Camp insures its users
that it attaches the utmost importance to the protection of their privacy and personal data, and that it is always committed to communicating in a clear and transparent manner on this issue.
Belgium Move Camp is committed to complying with applicable privacy legislation, namely the Privacy Protection Act of 8 December 1992, and the Privacy
27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in relation to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
The User's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Charter available on the Platform.
6. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These CGUs are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the courts of the judicial district where Belgium Move Camp is headquartered.
7. General provisions
Belgium Move Camp reserves the option to modify, extend, delete, limit or discontinue the Platform and associated services at any time, without prior notification, and without incurring its responsibility.
In the event of a violation of the CGUs by the User, Belgium Move Camp reserves the right to take appropriate sanctions and repair measures. Belgium Move Camp reserves the right to deny the User any access
Platform or our services temporarily or permanently. These measures can be taken without a reason or without notice. They cannot incur responsibility for Belgium Move Camp or give rise to a
any form of compensation.
The illegality or total or partial nullity of a provision of our CGUs will have no impact on the validity and application of the other provisions. In such a case, we have the right to replace the provision with
another valid provision of similar scope.
